– 250g baby corn, chopped
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed

– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp oil
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add the chopped onions and green chilli, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
4. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

6. Add the chopped baby corn and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
7. Pour in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
