Ingredients:
– For the Kadhi:
– 1 cup besan (gram flour)
– 1.5 cups yogurt
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste

– For the Pakodas:
– 1 cup besan (gram flour)
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 green chili, finely chopped
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying

Recipes:
– To prepare the Kadhi, start by whisking the yogurt and besan together until smooth.
– In a separate pan, heat the oil and add in the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
– Once they splutter, add in the turmeric and red chili powder.
– Pour in the yogurt mixture and stir well.
– Let the Kadhi simmer on low heat until it thickens.

– For the Pakodas, mix together the besan, chopped onion, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
– Add a little water to form a thick batter.
