INGREDIENTS • 1 kg Ashgourd / White pumpkin • 2 ltr Water • 1.5 cup Sugar • Few drops green food color

• 10 nos clove

For stuffing • 1 cup Paal kova • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (finely chopped almond, cashew and pista)

• 10 nos raisin

Method

1. White pumpkin remove seeds and cut in triangular shape with the skin.

2. Now remove the skin and cut the pumpkin in triangular shape.

3. Make it neither too thick nor thin.

4. White pumpkin slices are ready.

5. In a pan add enough water to cook the slices.

6. When the water is boiling add the sliced pumpkins, Cook it for 10 minutes until turn transparent.

7. Once done remove from water, drain excess water and keep in a plate.

8. In a pan add 1.5 cup sugar and ½ cup of water.

9. Add green food color to get the pan color. mix well.

10. Now let us add the cooked pumpkin slices to the syrup.

11. Check for single string consistency of the sugar syrup.

12. We are going to stuff paal kova inside.

13. for this add paalkova and finely chopped almond, cashew and pista. Mix it well. Keep aside.

14. Now take cooked pumpkin slice. Take a spoon of paal kova and keep in the middle of a slice.

15. Now wrap the corners to middle to form a triangular shape.

16. In center part place a clove for secure the folding.

17. Similarly you can make other pan sweets. Agra Pan sweet is ready it stays good for a week.
