– 2 cups basmati rice

– 2 cardamom pods
– 1 bay leaf
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 cup yogurt

– Salt to taste
– 3 cups water
– 2 tbsp ghee
– 2 tbsp oil

Recipe:
1. Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
