Today we are getting back on a an easy diet ….I am making a simple Buddha bowl recipe for lunch. Buddha bowl is a meal served on a single bowl or high-rimmed plate, which consists of small portions of several foods. It contains legumes which is rich in protein , and a portion of greens, And a nice protein dry item.An d mainly the rice we use is either red rice, brown rice and black rice. Here we are making Buddha bowl today with red rice, Karunaikilangu pulikulambhu, thandu keerai poriyal, Kollu sundal, Paneer fry and scrambled egg.. I hope you try these and enjoy this at your home.
