1/2 kg Corn kernel, ground
1 cup Green Capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup Red Capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup Coriander, finely chopped
3 Onions, finely chopped
2 cup Rice Flour
Water for kneading
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add ground corn, green & red capsicum, coriander, salt, onions, mix well.
Add rice flour and knead it nicely.
Add little water, knead well.
Make small tikkis and heat oil in a vessel.
Fry the tikkis in hot oil on medium flame.
Once they are done frying, take them out on a plate.
