Hi friends,welcome to madhu samayal 2 variety pasta recipes Tomato pasta and Green pasta both pasta are healthy because we use wheat pasta and more veggies In a pan ,add 6 cups of water salt as needed few drops oil whole wheat pasta 1 cup you can use any shape pasta stir occasionally cook in high flame till it cooks well but not mushy (al dente) drain the cooked pasta olive oil 4tbs 1 onion 1Carrot and 10 beans 2 tomatoes 1tbs ginger garlic paste salt as needed let the veggies cook well 1/4tsp turmeric 2 pinch pepper powder close it and cook the veggies stir occasionally chilly powder 1/2tsp 1/2tsp garam masala you can use Italian seasoning and mixed herbs,chilly flakes if you want Italian flavor tomato sauce 1tbs soya sauce 1/2tsp cooked pasta cook for 5mins i am making some of this tomato pasta cheesy by adding some with grated cheese you can use any cheese after adding cheese cook few mins in sim flame lets move on to next recipe 12 cups water for 2 cups pasta cook the pasta same as i have shown in beginning of this video salt 2tsp oil 2 tsp 2cups pasta to boiling water handful of washed mint leaves handful of washed coriander leaf 15 garlic cloves 3greenchillies ginger 1 inch grind to fine pasta without adding water (Add little if needed) reserve this cooked pasta water to cook veggies in pasta or to make pasta saucy drain the cooked pasta 4tbs oil 1 onion 1 tomato 1/4tsp turmeric 2 pinch pepper powder 1 cup cauliflower you can add any veggies some water(Reserved water) green paste cook till raw smell goes off salt as needed oil seperated cooked pasta cook for 5mins if you want cheese you can add(optional) serve hot .Thank you friends
