INGREDIENTS 1. Bread Pieces – 4-5 2. Eggs – 3 3. Sugar – 3 Teaspoons 4. Salt – A Pinch 5. Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
6. Milk – 3 Tablespoons
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl Add 3 tablespoons milk and mix Add 3 teaspoons sugar Sugar could be added as per your taste Add a pinch of salt, cardamom powder and beat the eggs till the sugar melts Here I’m adding vanilla essence This step is optional Cut the bread pieces through the middle Heat pan and spread 1 teaspoon butter on it Butter or clarified butter (ghee) can be used Dip the bread pieces in the prepared egg mixture and place it on the hot pan Mix the egg mixture before dipping the bread pieces since the sugar tends to sink to the bottom Place the bread pieces on pan Cook on medium flame Flip after 2-3 minutes
Cook till both sides turn brown and serve hot
