– 1 tsp garam masala

– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp oil
– 4 chapatis or tortillas
– Fresh cilantro, chopped
– ¼ cup shredded cheese
– 2 tbsp butter

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook until they become soft.
4. Add the crumbled paneer, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Heat a separate pan and place a chapati or tortilla on it. Cook for a minute and then flip it over.
6. Spread some butter on the chapati and add the paneer filling to one side of it. Sprinkle some shredded cheese and chopped cilantro on top.
7. Roll the chapati tightly into a Frankie and repeat with the remaining chapatis.
