Ingredients:
– 500g mutton or beef, cut into pieces
– 1 cup split black lentils (mash dal), soaked
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 4 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
– 4 cups water
– 1/2 cup oil
